You will believe that there is no better site to buy a property anyplace else at the prices available here. This location appeals to me because of the low price, as well as the high quality of construction and frequent maintenance. The location of this residential property is not that convenient. It has provision for commercial spaces but does not offer much of amenities. It matches our expectations as we did not want unnecessary amenities.

The close-by railroad stations, clinics, elementary schools, banks, and retail complexes are all within three kilometres. Private cabs like Ola, Uber, and Rapido are also easily available in this area. Police don't patrol at night. Bulls and wandering dogs constantly roam around the streets.

If you want to live in the NCR and close to Noida and Delhi, this is a good neighbourhood to do so. There are many malls here, as well as private hospitals and schools. no close bus or metro connections in this area regular blackouts in the vicinity of a freehold property

In my neighbourhood, the connections for water, gas, and electricity are excellent. A kilometre separates the park from the stadium. In my area, there is wifi connectivity. However, several of the street light poles are malfunctioning. There are no available parking spaces.
