Despite being old, the construction quality is very strong, and ventilation is proper. Minor issues like seepage and leakage can be fixed with repairs. There are two metro stations within walking distance and a railway station nearby. All local amenities such as grocery shops, hospitals, markets, and schools within 10 to 15 minutes' distance are available in the society. Public transport like autos and buses are easily accessible. There are no issues with waterlogging. Maintenance of facilities like 1 lifts and CCTV cameras is also done properly. The maintenance charges per month are 1500 rupees. uncovered parking was allotted for everyone.read more

Near our society, there's a grocery store, mall, and local market where you can find everything you need. Cleaning and hygiene are well-maintained here. The elevators and CCTV cameras are also properly maintained. Security does a good job. Ventilation is good, and there are no issues like seepage.
