After successful establishment of this business he has extended his business unit into the construction sector in year 1999 by inception of Vakratunda Builder & Developers.  Mrs. Vandana Vijay Kavitake (Wife) and Mr. Rahul Vijay Kavitake (Son) are the partners of this firm. The firm registered on 1st July1999 with an object to construct multi-storied Deluxe Flats / Commercial Complexes in and around Ratnagiri City.
