Good things here
I left the society few years back, Auto and busses were available nearby, Hospitals, makets were just walking distance. Our building apartment was amazing, Gym was there there was a pond constructed no pool, cleanliness is done timely, CCTV and lifts are in working condition, Painting is timely done. I used to do 9-6job that why i don't interact with the residents much, i used to meet in events only.
Things need improvement
Drainange issue is faced by residents in rainy season. Also there were no Swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
He left the society 5years back, Metro is under construction, Auto are available near the society, Cleanliness is taken care of, building construction quality is amazingn nas we have not face sweepage till yet, Gym, Clubhouse, Parks are nearby. People are well educated.
Things need improvement
Facilities are not that much good some facilities were not there like swimming pool. No Swimming pool were there in the society, rest there was nothing to be dislike.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. Paintings are done on time. Gym is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like swimmingpool,club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Good things here
Hospitals are nearby, autos, and cabs are easily accessible, and cleanliness is maintained. The temple is in another block, and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The temple is not in our block, there is a seepage problem inside the bathroom, and parks are not available.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good, with the availability of auto-rickshaws outside the society and manageable traffic. Maintenance was good, ensuring a reliable water supply and no waterlogging issues, creating a neat and clean environment. Electricity supply was fine. Amenities like parking, a gym, and a garden were available, and the residents were friendly, celebrating festivals together.
Things need improvement
There were issues with dogs entering the basement area, and problems with termites and seepage existed. There was no swimming pool.

The environment is delightful, the garden is well-designed, and the educated residents contribute to the easy maintenance of everything.
Things need improvement
The apartment layout has a drawback where the halls and kitchens are arranged in rows, and the kitchen size is smaller, which is the only aspect that could be improved.

Good things here
The garbage collection is done every morning at 8 am. The maintainence charges are decent and the residents are fully satisfied with the facilities and services available as per the annual maintainence charge. The local transport facilities such as metro, trains are situated near the society and it becomes extremely easy for the people to travel. There are a lot of cultural events and functions which are celebrated in th society by all the people in unity.
Things need improvement
No amenities are available in the society. Swimming pool, gym or clubhouses are not present. The people are also facing an issue regarding the safety as stray dogs enter inside the society.

Good things here
garbage collection and power cut issues are on point , tehre is no trouble in the same . Whenever residents connect with maintenance office they always revert back nicely and on pro active basis. There is enough parking spaces avai;able for the residents . People are super helpfula nd co-ordial int he society
Things need improvement
Ther market area is 500 m away so youve to walk a little if you need somethign in emergency or you can order online. There is a seepage issue int he building but they fix it qucikly. There is nos wimming pool or gym in the society

Connectivity-wise, the society adequately caters to our day-to-day needs, with everything . Overall, maintenance within the society remains commendable, with proper parking facilities and effective security measures in place and friendly society.we have all maneties inside the society except swimming pool.
Things need improvement
our current concern around a leakage issue within our flat, necessitating an urgent resolution.
