Dwarka Sector 12 is the most sought-after area in all of Dwarka due to its central location in the Dwarka sub-city. Sector 12 is home to well-organized apartment complexes built by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on the lower floors and multi-story CGHS developments run by various cooperatives. Due to its convenient location on the Delhi metro line, Dwarka Sector 12 has recently been the neighbourhood of choice for homebuyers and renters. Since it is reasonably priced, well connected, and has access to good social infrastructure, the area is popular among those in the middle class. Dwarka Sector 12 is expected to become even more popular as a result of forthcoming construction projects like the Exhibition-cum Convention Centre and Delhi's Second Diplomatic Enclave. Other nearby areas are Dwarka's sectors 4, 5, 11, 13, and 18. Through its extensive system of highways and metro, Dwarka enjoys some of the best connectivity inside the Delhi NCR, and this is especially true for Dwarka Sector 12. Dwarka Sector 12 is only 5 kilometres from the future Dwarka Expressway linking Gurgaon. The airport is about 15 kilometres from where you are. There is a Delhi Metro stop there, and the line serving the area is called "Dwarka Sector 21? Noida Electronic City" (Blue Line)

Good things here

Excellent connectivity one of the key highlights of sector 13 is it's accessibility the dwarka sector 12 metro station on the blue line makes it easy to commute to other parts of Delhi and beyond its also well connected to major roads like the

Things need improvement

Traffic congestion is one of the main issues in sector 12 especially during peak hours the roads can become quite crowded particularly around the metro station and main markets areas with the increase in population and the growing number of vehicles navigating through the sector can sometimes be frustrating

Good things here

I can say that my whole family is safe here, I am not able to remember any incident related safety issues. It's safe for children.

I think some time shortage of water some time and sometimes power cuts also. A part from it all the things are quite safe and secure.
