Good things here

This neighbourhood is highly sought after, recognized for its carefully planned design. The area provides a well kept setting filled with abundant green area and numerous contemporary features. The well crafted apartment complexes, along with amenities like jogging paths, swimming pools, and leisure spaces, enhance the standard of living. Good reputable schools and medical facilities are only within a couple of distance away.

Things need improvement

The expansion and increased demand for housing house caused has significant increase in property values, making it more difficult for individuals with limited financial resources to afford. Traffic jams remain a common issue, particularly near the main gate and in commercial zones, which can extend travel Times during busy periods. Swimming pool is not really well maintained.
