Good things here
24/7 water and electricity supply is available in the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool.club house,gym etc.All the festivals are being celebrated and there is no discrimantion between owners and tenants.High security system as there is cctv available in all the areas of the apartment.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is poor as there is issue regarding transportation as freuency of the buses is also less and railway station is also far way from the society,own vehicle is important to live there.Build quality is poor as there are issues regarding leakage in the society.Tenants needs to pay extra charges to use amenities in the society.

Good things here
Society achchi hai, kaafi maintained rehti uska koi issue nahi hai. Lift aur cctv cameras sahi kaam karte hain. Seelan ya seepage bilkul bhi nahi aati. Water logging is also not an issue during rains. 24/7 water aur power supply avcailable hai. Gym, clubhouse, swimming pool sab hai, aur properly maintained hain. Neighbours are also friendly and cooperative. I have been living here for past 5 years and I have no issues with the society. The weather here is very good beacuse of the locality the society is situated here. Market area neeche society mai hi hai. Basic kirane ki aur Grocery ki dukaan hai.
Things need improvement
Iss society ki connectivity bohot kharab hai. Auto, rickshaw kuch bhi nahi milta, abhi bus chalu hui hain wahan se. Yahan toh metro door ki baat hai. Ola, Uber milte hain lekin society kaafi door hone ki wajah se rides cancel kar dete hain kyunki unko fir yahan se koi jaane ke liye passanger nahi milte.

Good things here
Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. The constructuion quality is good in the society as it is new. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available nearby the society. public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws are easily not accessible outside the society. The connectivity is a bit of a concern in this society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Traffic jam nhi hota hai. school pass me hai, school bus ati hai. leakage ya seepage nhi hai. society clean hai. sare festivals celebrate hote hai. security achi hai.

Society me koi bhi modern amenities nhi hai. pine ke pani ka bohot problem hai RO ka pani kharidna padata hai. power cut bhi bohot hota hai. society me logon ke pass bohot sare dogs hai vo bohot gandagi krte hai, malls and restaurants pass me nhi hai. auto nhi mita. bus sir ek do bar aati hai, connectivity bohot kharab hai. society ki committee achi nhi hai maintenance ki taraf dhay nhi dete hai

Good things here
Cabs are available easily in the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society is properly maintained and it is also kept clean. The Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Garbage collections are done on time. The social life is very good in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The thing that I like the most in this society is the greeneries and peaceful environment, The society is pollution free.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Mobile and wifi network issues are faced a lot in the society. Plumbing issues are faced, water leakage issues are faced a lot. The issues resolving takes a lot of time.

Good things here
There are plenty of hospitals nearby, and schools are also easily accessible. All amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park were available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There was a significant issue with water supply in the society, causing a lot of problems. The society is suitable for bachelors since it only has 1BHK flats and may not be suitable for families. There were also problems with electricity and no network coverage. Uber, Ola, or any other transportation services were not available there.

The water quality is good. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and functional. The residents were decent.
Things need improvement
The transportation connectivity near the society is not satisfactory as it's 2 kilometres from the main road, so it is a little difficult to access any transport options. The water and electricity supply exist in society. There are some seepage issues in society. The main road must be improved.
