Good things here
Transports are easily available, metro se travel karna asaan h kynki metro pass h, security guard is 24/7 available, CCTV and lifts mentainance is done timely, hygiene is taken care, markets are nearer, gym, clubhouse h society h, kabhi kuch renovation hota rehta h, yha ke log bhi acche h.
Things need improvement
Gym, Clubhouse h but hum log use nhi krte h hmari age hogyi h, bakhi sab to society m accha hi h.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house,park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water supply issues are not faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Basement parking is available.
Things need improvement
Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Roads are not maintained properly. Parking issues are faced a lot. Unity of the society needs to be improved.

She said currently mai Eden park society mein nahi rehti hoon, left that society 5 years back. Location bohot accha tha society ka, surroundings bohot accha tha. Society ke neeche general store tha, even doctors bhi the neeche. ATM bhi tha society market mein. Metro station bhi tha paas mein. Schools bhi available the paas mein. Apartment bhi accha tha. Badi and spacious hai society. Cleanliness on point rehta tha. Paani aur light ka bhi koi issue nahi rehta tha. Kaafi spacious balcony thi flat mein. Ventillation bohot ache se hota tha. Park area tha. Garden tha baccho ke liye. Neighbours bohot acche the, even aaj bhi mere touch mein kuch log.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool ka area bohot chota tha and bohot crowded rehta tha. Functional aur acche se rehna chahiye. Kuch jagaho mein building mein maintenance & repair ki zarurat thi. Welding mein toot phoot jata tha toh woh theek nahi hota tha woh kaafi time tak. Clubhouse nahi tha society mein. Us time gym bhi nahi tha.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of autos and rickshaws outside the society. A metro station is available nearby. Maintenance quality is also fine with CCTVs being installed. The hygiene is maintained properly. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. There are no drainage issues in the rainy season. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are provided and well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative. The location of the society is very good.

The society provides all the basic amenities and facilities, thus it's difficult to point out any negative points.

Auto, metro and cabs were available. Cleanliness was taken care of. Swimming pool and gyms were present.

The society was not as all cooperative. The landlord was very rude. Police was also involved in the case while the resident was leaving the society because of chaos created by the landlord.

The primary issue in the society revolves around seepage, but the RWA is actively addressing it and working to fix it promptly. Additionally, there are many stray dogs outside the society, especially at night, posing a disturbance and risk for children playing in the area.
