I've been the president for 7 years. There are 8 lifts, and they are well-maintained. Routine maintenance takes about 30 minutes. We have an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the lifts. In structural portion The society is rated 5, one of the strongest in Noida. The clubhouse and gym are excellent. The swimming pool in A-block is the best and well-maintained. We also have a garden and a play area with 8-10 swings for children aged 5-6 years and a tennis court for older children. The society comprises 300 flats. Events are well-organized. People here are like those in India; some are good, some are ill-mannered.read more
There's an issue with the construction area, and we've been involved in a court case for 2 years. Registry was not getting processed. In finishing There have been some issues, as some individuals have caused trouble and have been jailed. Their properties have been seized. individually, about 10 people complain of maintenance issues not being addressed.read more

Perhaps introducing measures to address this issue would greatly enhance the overall living experience. Also, considering extending the usability of the swimming pool by adding features like a fountain for other seasons could not only mitigate mosquito concerns but also add to the aesthetic appeal of the society.read more
Moreover, while the society offers extensive amenities, the maintenance costs seem to be on the higher side. This could potentially burden residents financially.
