Good things here

The maintenance services of the society are excellent, cleanliness is done on time, and garbage collection is timely as well. All services are provided on time. The connectivity of the society with public transport is very good; various public transport options like autos, cabs, and routes are easily available. I have been living here for quite some time, and my experience has been very good so far, as everything, including maintenance and connectivity,�is�excellent.read more

Things need improvement

The society was quite old, perhaps due to this, the construction was very poor, and we have been living here for 8 years now, yet there has been no painting or maintenance done in the society. There is a need for painting in the society, and besides this, the society is quite small, so there are no basic amenities available such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse,�or�garden.read more

Good things here

The society culture of this society was very good. It felt very good when all members of the society celebrated the festivals together; people were literally very good. There were no issues regarding water supply, electrical supply, etc. There were no issues regarding seepage, etc. Security facilities were also okay, and CCTVs were there. Autos and cabs were easily accessible, and parking space was also sufficient. Ventilation was good too. Garbage collection facilities were also provided by the society.read more

Things need improvement

As the soc was basically a standalone building, there were no major amenities provided such as gyms , swimming pools or club house. I also had faced issues relating to cracks in my apartment. Apart from these , everything was fine.read more

Unfortunately, the society has some significant drawbacks. The maintenance services are average and could be improved, especially considering the construction issues like seepage and leakage. The biggest disappointment, however, is the lack of amenities, which severely impacts the overall living experienceread more

Good things here

The connectivity was excellent, with autos and buses readily available nearby. The roads outside the society were good, and there was no traffic. The residents were nice, and there was enough parking space. The lifts were well-maintained, and the society was clean. Water was available 24/7, and the maintenance charges were reasonable.read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality of the society was very poor. If there was a problem on the upper floors, it would transfer to my flat, causing damage to my ceiling. Every flat in the society had seepage issues due to the poor construction quality.read more
