I am looking at flats near Hoodi and also on the same whitefield road, that is from phoenix market city to ITPL. what is the future prospects for development of the area and price appreciation?

The pricing quoted by builders on this stretch is quite high with small builders/projects like Habitat Aster and Keerthi surya shakthi quoting 74-75 lakhs for a 2BHK. what should be the pricing in this area? Any information will be very helpful. Thanks

Vaishno Builders Signature in KR Puram, Bangalore
Hi All,
I am planning to book a flat in Vaishno Signature near Hoodi, Bangalore. Vaishno Signature is a joint venture by SSVR and Vaishno builder. If any one has already bought a flat from any of these builder or planning to book flat in Vaishno signature project please let me know how these builder are ? did they deliver what they promise and do they give possession at time?
