1. Steet lights are available 2. Throvallur i just 1.8 km, & kunnathur is just 3.8 km. So you have access to local markets, schools, and hospitals within a maximum of 10 minutes of travel. 3. Government buses are available on main road. we have to walk minimum of 200 meter to the main road 4. lot of neighbours are available nearby. so its very safe to live 5.
