VIP Road runs to its north. The Keshtopur crossing  ie. the intersection of VIP Road & Krishnapur Road is the entry point for Rajarhat Megacity and faces the  highest  traffic  and  human  congestion  on  VIP  Road,  making  it  an  extremely  accident  prone  area.  Krishnapur is one of the oldest localities under the Rajarhat­Gopalpur Municipality.
