I have been quoted a rate of 5500 psf for a 3 BHK flat in DLF regal gardens.
Has any one bought or been involved in this recently and can confirm the current going rate for this.
Also, how does it stack up against the new projects like a few in Dwarka expressway and also by Godrej, Vipul , Emmar etc
