Gurgaon : 3 BHK, 80L, Sector 81, Sohna Road
Hi All,

I have decided to own a 2BHK/3BHK flat in Gurgaon.

I am new to property related issues. Here are my requirements and i need the valuable advice from the experienced people here:

1. Looking for a new flat (>1200 Sq Ft 2BHK/3BHK)
2. Construction quality/Builder should be good so that even if i resell it after 5 years i should get good appreciation
3. Budget is 70-80 lacs (incl. registration) (but if on higher side of budget is i get a better deal i can consider but the variance cannot be more than 2/3 lacs)
4. I have looked in Sector 81 (DLF/Bestech Ananda) confused whther this is the best location or sohna road or is there any other place in gurgaon where i can get a better deal?
5. Want to immediately move In!!
6. Want to be the first occupant
