"Damac District is developed by DAMAC within DAMAC Hills as a mixed-use district that combines homes, workspaces and leisure facilities. It is made up of two towers, each set above a ground floor and two podium levels: Tower A rises a further 29 floors and Tower B 26. The homes are one- and two-bedroom apartments, with sizes from 702 sq ft to 1,623 sq ft. Depending on the unit, apartments look over Trump International Golf Club or towards DAMAC Lagoons.

The payment plan is split evenly, with 50% during construction and 50% on handover, which is expected in Q3 2029.
