Ocean Crest is developed by Samana on Dubai Islands, a waterfront community of man-made islands that mixes residential, commercial and leisure uses. The building rises over a ground floor, two podium levels and eight upper floors, and contains only 56 residences. The homes include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 766 sq ft to 2,039 sq ft. Its architecture combines clean lines, layered textures and curved forms that take their cue from the coastline.
Â
Apartments are handed over semi-furnished, and the bathrooms are finished in natural stone with frameless glass and ambient lighting. Residents enter through a lobby and share a pool area with a leisure water lounge, a children's splash pad, a sun deck and shaded seating. There is also a gym with indoor and open-air training zones, and a spa with steam rooms and saunas. By car, Deira City Centre and the Dubai Gold Souk are about 15 minutes away, Dubai International Airport and Palm Jumeirah about 20 minutes, and Downtown Dubai and The Dubai Mall about 25 minutes.

With 56 homes, Ocean Crest is a boutique building within an island destination that is still taking shape, and its scale gives residents a high degree of privacy. The payment plan asks for 10% on booking and 30% during construction, leaving 60% due on handover, which is expected in Q3 2028. The project is registered with the Dubai Land Department, and buyer payments go into an escrow account with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank
