Dear IREF members, I just wanted to take your opinion about properties in Electronic City (Chandrapur/Attibele/Anekal) area.

I have read in a few threads that the properties in E-City don't have much appreciation although there are jobs, infrastructure in that area.

Would you mind throwing light on what is the reason the land prices in E-City area aren't growing as rapidly as North or Kanakapura Road

Looking forward to hear from you and your inputs would also help other buyers thinking of getting properties in E-City
