Good things here
The location of the society is very spacious, and the ambiance is good. Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is also good in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, badminton court, gym, kids' play area, and walking area are well-maintained in the society. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family. Facilities like markets, groceries, and fruit stalls are available within 1 km from the society, making it convenient.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The power supply is not reliable; there is a power backup, but the power fluctuates at times, which is inconvenient, especially when working from home. It's quite disturbing and inconvenient.

Good things here
I have been residing in this society for the last 14 years, and the connectivity is excellent due to there being two hospitals just behind the society. Additionally, grocery stores, supermarkets, and salons are within walking distance. There is also a bus stop outside the society. Maintenance is excellent because all kinds of complaints are fixed promptly, and there is a good water supply. The people living here are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated.
Things need improvement
The only problem in this society is occasional water leakage complaints in the kitchen. we need immediate covern hai.

Good things here
I moved out of that society about a year ago. During my time there, the location of the society was extremely convenient. Just steps away, there were markets for vegetables, grocery stores, and a pharmacy easily accessible. Shopping malls were located around 2 to 3 kilometers away, and a bus stop was just 500 meters from the society. The construction of the buildings was excellent, as there were no problems with plumbing due to the good construction and also good ventilation. The amenities included a well-maintained swimming pool, gym, badminton court, and multiple play areas. Additionally, I never faced issues with water or electricity due to the good maintenance of the infrastructure.
Things need improvement
The residents are excessively pet-friendly, and there are no proper rules in place for addressing the mistakes made by these pets.

Good things here
The connectivity to the society is very good as the public transport is easily avaliable around the society. School is at the distance of 500 m and hospital is at the radius of 1 km
Things need improvement
The construction quality is good but could have been much better as some areas are getting sandy

Good things here
Cabs are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is good 24/7 in the society. Walking space is very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative. Power backup is also available in the society. Roads are very good, and street lights are also well-maintained in the society. Ventilation is also good in the flats. The community is very good in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Schools and offices are far from the society, about 2 kms away. Some street lights are not working well in the streets of the society.

with this place you get great privacy. the homes are very elegant. there are innovative services available. entry is managed by an app, so the place is quite modern. the club house here is really great.

the flats are quite nice here and you get good privacy. I have recently moved here, the society is quite peaceful so I love it here. gym can be a bit better. elevator are nice and I live on top floor so its very important.

the rate is quite high so people get put off but the area is really good. all amenities are present and neighbourhood is very safe. electricity is all times there. it is all well maintained. location is great.

this is a nice place, all things we can get very easily here. this area has a very strict security will so many rule. the place has very pleasant atmosphere. there is a nice swimming pool here. road connectivity is good.

it is a very huge apartment complex. It was built a long time ago but is still quite maintained. Rent is bit high but maintenance is good. We have easy access to everything here.
