All shops are nearby, and the area is clean and sanitary. It is a developing field. Buses and taxis run at regular intervals. Grocery stores are only a short distance away.

The majority of the top MNC TCS, both software and hardware, are located nearby. Hospitals and pharmacies are also within walking distance. This area also houses the top engineering colleges.

It has a pleasant village atmosphere. It doesn't matter. It was 14 kilometres from the city. Room rentals are inexpensive. Cab, auto, and bike availability is good in this area; once booked, it will take only 5-10 minutes for the cab, auto, or bike to arrive at this location.
