Good things here

The area boasts numerous excellent schools and colleges within close proximity, making it ideal for students.The airport is just two kilometres away,providing easy access for Travelers. The presence of supermarkets, fruit markets, and hospitals in the vicinity adds to the convenience.

Things need improvement

The public transport is poor, there is no metro connectivity, there are fewer medical shops and textile shops nearby, internal roads are very poor, and there are power cut issues.

No disappointment are concerns as such. Merto Phase 1 station got planned which is just 500 meter away from the Building
