Good things here

Newly constructed apartment <9km from manyata tech park, 5 to 10 min for supermarket access and a safe interior locality with good water source and security.The famous mallika briyani is just 5 min from the building.

Currently there are 2 approach roads one take 5 min to main road and another shortcut with 2 min by car or bike.

Good things here

Gated community with beach themed residence includes wave pool , club house,jacuzzi,sauna and steam, snooker table, cards room, table tennis room, coffee lounge, restaurant, supermarket, cafeteria, food court, koi pond,lagoon,jogging track, outdoor tennis court, cycling track, barbeque party deck, gym, squash court, power back up, swimming pool, park ,kids play area.

Things need improvement

Nothing to dislike because it has amenities like club house,play area well equipped gym, garden, swimming pool for relaxation, gives you something to do in your freetime. Also has generator back up, intercom facility,security and lift.
