Good things here

The atmosphere here is good and peaceful. There are many trees and plants planted nearby. There is a park available nearby which one can go to easily. The bus stand is available at some distance from home and the metro facilities are also good. There is a mall and supermarket nearby where many things for daily use are available. There are good government and private schools available nearby. The hospital is also at some distance from home. Taxis, cabs and autos are easily booked here. The electricity supply is also good and there is no problem of water shortage. There are good book stationery shop and restaurants available nearby where things are available at the right price.

Some places on the road are not built properly and there is some damage which needs repair. Parking the vehicle in the wrong manner on the road causes a lot of problems. There is no good tuition institute available nearby.

The availability of public transport makes this area so good and there is great connectivity to other sectors and areaa .healthcare centers and schools are premium in this area also you can access public transport in night any time.

after 10 pm the area is not safe for womens specially.crime rate is increasing with time but less cases in daytime.as crowded area so there is so much noise

Sector-70 is a neighbourhood that is both quite safe and well connected to the rest of the city. Trains, buses, and other public transportation are readily available. The locality also has adequate transportation options. The neighbourhood has a hospital, bank, school, and Cash withdrawal.

The location in Sector-70 is excellent. It is close to a gas station, three international schools, banks, ATMs, and large parks. Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi are all easily accessible from there.

Sector 70 is a lovely neighbourhood. This neighbourhood is charming and has a Noida flavour, but it is also fairly crowded and environmentally friendly. Nicely thought out and finished. The ideal location for couples who value peace is this area.
