Before joining Housing.com, Praveen served as Chief Operating Officer of Ads and Commerce Services at Paytm, where he built the company's advertising business from the ground up and transformed it into a highly profitable operation. He also served as Managing Director and CEO of Paytm Payments, leading one of India's prominent online payment aggregation platforms.

Earlier, Praveen spent nearly a decade at Google across India and Singapore. As part of Google India's leadership team, he led YouTube and Display sales before moving to Singapore as Regional Director for Performance Media, Asia Pacific. In this role, he helped drive the growth of Google's performance media portfolio—including Search, app promotion, Shopping, and Commerce—across APAC markets.

Before Google, Praveen held senior leadership roles at leading advertising networks, including Madison, GroupM, and Initiative Media.

Outside work, Praveen enjoys travelling, reading about Indian history, following sports, and playing tennis and golf.

Kapil Goswami is the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at Housing.com, part of the Aurum PropTech ecosystem. With more than 20 years of experience, he has built and scaled consumer businesses across fintech, e-commerce, entertainment, and technology, working with both high-growth ventures and global organisations.

At Housing.com, Kapil leads growth, marketing, and consumer engagement. He brings deep expertise in business strategy, customer acquisition, monetisation, product launches, and data-driven marketing, along with a strong record of building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth.

Before joining Housing.com, Kapil led consumer growth for the Paytm app and served as Chief Business Officer for Paytm Movies. In these roles, he drove large-scale customer acquisition, strengthened monetisation, and delivered profitable growth across Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III markets.

Earlier, Kapil spent more than a decade at Google in leadership roles across the Asia-Pacific region. He headed Marketing Analytics and Attribution and led Search Sales Strategy and Operations across more than 15 markets.

Throughout his career, Kapil has managed significant P&L responsibilities, launched and scaled new products and businesses, and applied data-led consumer insights to unlock meaningful growth. At Housing.com, he is focused on strengthening consumer engagement and creating innovative, seamless experiences for people buying, selling, and renting property across India.

Amit Chand is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Housing.com, part of the Aurum PropTech ecosystem. A seasoned finance leader with more than two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in financial strategy, business transformation, risk management, and scaling consumer and technology-led businesses.

In his current role, Amit oversees finance, risk assurance, legal and compliance, and procurement. He focuses on strengthening financial operations, improving organisational efficiency, and enabling sustainable, long-term growth.

Before joining Housing.com, Amit served as Chief Financial Officer at TCNS Clothing, where he led finance, treasury, enterprise risk management, and ESG initiatives. He played a key role in expanding the business, improving financial performance, and steering the company's acquisition by Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited.

Earlier, Amit was Chief Financial Officer at TravelTriangle, where he led fundraising, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and monetisation strategy. His experience across consumer-facing and technology businesses has shaped his entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate complex, high-growth environments.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. He is passionate about building financially resilient organisations, unlocking enterprise value, and driving excellence through disciplined, forward-looking leadership.

Abhishek is a seasoned technology leader with more than 19 years of experience. He leads the Engineering and Data Science teams at Housing.com.

His focus is on building scalable platforms and intelligent, customer-centric experiences.

Before joining the organisation, he spent seven years leading e-commerce technology initiatives at Expedia India.

Earlier, he led global engineering teams focused on retail experiences and alternative delivery models at Amazon.

He holds an M.Tech from IIIT Bangalore and a B.E. from Maharshi Dayanand University. At Aurum PropTech, he is helping shape a connected, data-driven future for Indian real estate.

Rohit Hasteer, Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Housing.com, is responsible for building and sustaining a vibrant company culture and a talent force that is aligned and drives the organization vision. He has rich experience in finding and building talent, setting up robust policies and processes, honing talent through learning & development, and talent management. Rohit has almost two decades of experience working with start-ups and fast paced organizations across industries. Prior to this role, Rohit was Director, People Management & Human Resources – Indian Subcontinent, UTi Worldwide Inc. He has also been in senior level positions at MakeMyTrip.com, Aviva India Life Insurance, and Citi Financial Consumer Finance, successfully delivering results for the Human Resource function.

Aditya Sandhu is the Chief Revenue Officer of Housing.com, bringing more than two decades of experience across FMCG, e-commerce, consumer businesses, and high-growth technology-led organisations. A business builder and growth leader, he brings deep expertise in revenue strategy, P&L management, business scaling, digital monetisation, and building high-performing teams.

In his current role, Aditya leads revenue strategy and P&L ownership at Housing.com, with a focus on strengthening monetisation, expanding market reach, and driving the next phase of growth for the platform. He is part of Housing.com's leadership team and brings a strong, data-driven and execution-focused approach to scaling businesses.

Before joining Housing.com, Aditya served as Chief Business Officer at VLCC, where he led the products business and brands including VLCC Clinic and USTRAA. Earlier, as Senior Vice President at Nykaa, he built the Superstore business from the ground up, scaling it across more than 600 cities with a team of over 1,500 people.

An entrepreneur at heart, Aditya also co-founded BrainPlay Learning Solutions LLP. Earlier in his career, he held board-nominated leadership roles at ITC Limited across India and the United States, gaining experience across diverse markets and business environments.
