Mahalunge is a popular preferred residential area in north west Pune and is very close to the IT hub in Hinjewadi and Wakad. It is next to the popular localities of Baner, Hinjewadi, Balewadi, Patil Nagar and Blue Ridge town. Mahalunge is bordered by the Mule River on the north side and the Mumbai highway on the east. The proximity of the IT and business hubs drives the need for housing in Mahalunge. 97% of all the property available in Mahalunge consist of apartments and they are all 1,2 and 3 BHK apartments. There are 8 new residential projects underway in Mahalunge and they are still under construction. The infrastructure of this entire area is being developed and basic amenities will improve within a short period of time. Pune international airport is 21 kms away but there is easy connectivity. Bus services to all over the area and even to cities near Pune are available. The new residential projects coming up in Mahalunge include VTP Aethereus, Godrej Hill Retreat and VTP Belair. There are, in fact, 3 new projects of Godrej properties alone.

Good things here

vro flats are good , spacious and modern. society has amenities and big area. you don't have to go out of the society to take a walk.

Things need improvement

roads are not good. the area is still under development with lot of nearby construction. there aren't many shops nearby to the VTP buildings. only live here if you're a tenant who doesn't spend much time in the area around your house, and comes home only to relax

the electric charge in this building was very high and there was frequent power cut in this area and the maintenance was not good

Good things here

This Society is full of facilities in low budget. it is the best society for middle class families. I like this society too much because all neighbours are so helpful and kind. Roads are always neet and clean. There are not so much crowd. Highly recommended society.
