It is a more affordable area compared to other flats or houses, with many older residents converting their homes into PG accommodations, making it convenient for both students and homeowners

The roads are quite congested, and the houses are closely transport options are lacking, so owning a vehicle essential. The Metro Ganasan station is a bit far, which can result in crowding during peak times
