Good things here

Well, it depends on your taste. But, whatever your taste, you will find one or the other localities suitable for you. There is mayur vihar phase 3, offering dda flats, and wholesale markets, but also has three villages- kondli, gharoli and dallupura. Then there is mayur vihar phase 1, very well connected by road, metro and all. You will find plenty of societies offering homes ranging from 1, 2, 3, 4..bhk. And then there's the big 'phase 1 ka market', where you will find everything- coaching institutes, vegetables, jewelry shops, etc.. whatever you need. Now that's where phase two comes in. Along with markets come jams, congestion and pollution. Phase two is a purely residential colony with 3-4 small shopping markets constructed by dda. It has only got dda flats, which might not sound cool, but you need to see these once, dda will earn your respect. Seriously, never seen better dda flats than these. And then it has sanjay jheel, a calm quiet park along with a lake where you'll find ducks, although learned men would tell you to stay away from it after earthly hours! Anyway, it's your choice now!
