Munnekollal is a new neighborhood in Bangalore that has recently made growth in terms of its residential and commercial areas. One of the main factors contributing to this area's fast urbanization is its proximity to Whitefield. One of the greatest technological hubs in South Asia, Whitefield in Bangalore, has good access to some of the nearby major MNCs and Tech Parks. There are two other significant four-lane roads that connect Whitefield to Bangalore city in addition to the nearby MG Road. These are the Karnataka State Highway 35 intersections of Whitefield Road via Mahadevapura and Varthur Road via Marathahalli. As a result, Munnekollal's local transportation has also improved. The region will soon be connected to other nearby sites in the city thanks to the eagerly anticipated Namma Metro Rail Project by the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL). Major shopping malls like Big Bazaar, HyperCity, and Prestige Value Mall are conveniently close to Munnekollal. Nearby educational institutions, medical facilities, and hospitals all contribute to the quality of life for those who live there.

1. Good area with all local markets in < 1 KM radius. 2. Ola & Uber easily available 3. Good schools near by like NPS WEST and Orchirds

1. Metro not available. Bus stand available < 500 meters 2. Nearest mall is 4 KM 3. Nothing else, come and check

Good things here

Kauveri water connection is available readily. No frequent power cuts. Schools, Malls and restaurants are around 1 km away. Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Narayana e-Techno School, Vibgyor High School, VIMS Hospital, Manipal Hospital Dmart, More Supermarkets. 1 km from Outer Ring Road and Spice Garden Bus stop. It's clean. BBMP people sweep and collects garbage regularly.

Things need improvement

Plan properly to avoid being stuck in traffic. A busy area. Can cause traffic jam during school hours.

Everything, both cheap and luxurious, will be available. There are schools nearby, as well as a play ground and a supermarket. Shopping is also within 2 kilometres, and there are showrooms for branded clothing.

You have direct buses to ITPL, which is a big plus for this area. You can get all of your products nearby at a lower cost.
