It's a 2 BHK flat which is fully furnished. Every room is furnished with Beds, mattresses, pillows, linen, cupboard and TV. Kitchen is fully furnished also with washing machine. Our caretaker stays there 24x7 whose duty is house keeping and cook food for the people staying there. Food charges are not included in the rent. Society maintenance, electricity charges (excluding AC if applicable), TV recharge, (WiFi if applicable) are borne by us. If you start staying between 1st to 15th, full month's charges are applicable, if it is between 16th to 30th, it is 1/2 months charges. Deposit charges are equivalent to 2month's rent. (refundable within 5days after you leave) Rent should be paid within 1st to 5th of every month. Late payment charges equivalent to Rs.100/- per week after that will be deducted from the deposit. Leave notice period has to be minimum 1month. In case it is less than that, one additional month's rent will be adjusted from the security deposit at the time of refund. Rent agreement (if needed by you or by the society) charges will be borne by you to the extent of 100%.
