Vaishali is an important residential cum commercial area in the Ghaziabad area close to Delhi and anand Vihar railway station. Vaishali is adjacent to the residential areas of Kaushambhi, Patparganj and Ghazipur. This locality has very good metro connectivity as the last point in the blue line. Proximity to the Anand Vihar train station and bus terminus are a major advantage. Proximity to the Sahibabad and Mohan nagar industrial areas provide employment opportunities for residents and also drive the demand for more housing.The Vaishali area is an integral part of the NCR and there is good demand for housing in this area. There are 33 new residential projects in Vaishali and 2 of these are still under construction. 85% of all the property available in Vaishali are apartments including builder floor apartments. 90% of the apartments available in Vaishali are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Vaishali is at the junction of the two important roads which are the Delhi Meerut expressway and the Rajnagar extension elevated road and this is a big advantage in road connectivity.

Good things here

This area enthralls with its vibrant vegetation and tranquil surroundings. The area is known for its green spaces and sustainable development efforts. Ramprastha Greens is well maintained and features robust security systems, with cameras strategically placed throughout the community. The community stands out of the sole society to provide permanent housing and regular meals for dogs.

Things need improvement

Lack of playground and sports courts are being a concern. Lack of street light is a drawback here. Lack of police patrolling at night is also a threat to security. Parking of workers especially for visitors is a challenge.

Good things here

The central retail centers, medical facilities, financial institutions and religious structures are all within short distance radius. The metro station is just five minutes walk away. Railway station is not too far from this area. Local grocery stores are available nearby. The Road infrastructure is in good condition, featuring gas pipelines and amble greenery.

Things need improvement

Pollution remains a significant problem, with intensification during specific seasons. Monkeys often cause disturbance around the vicinity, and the presence of a metro station attraction high volume of rickshaw drivers resulting in frequent skirmishes. Theft of bicycles on the streets is a common occurrence, and the maintenance of several large parks is poor.

Good things here

This is undoubtedly the best sector in Vaishali Vaishali metro station is in Vaishali sector4 and that is the biggest advantage of Vaishali sector-4 Vaishali sector 4 is filled with fully functional parks , 1 open gym . Vaishali sector 4 has many nearby malls like mahagun mall, Ansal plaza and shoprix mall. Even the street food is really good in this sector All other types of transportation is easily Accessible in sector 4 Vaishali is my favorite sector.

Good things here

The flat is situated in the posh area of Vaishali - the building is situated in front of a temple, with all good schools nearby, The Vaishali metro station is 2 kms away, and there are plenty malls and local markets nearby. The residents are friendly, and there are multiple events that keep happening often that keep the environment lively.

There is nothing as such which you would find non negotiable in the locality. The only drawback is that the enclave, while gated, may not have as top notch security as that of high rise, That being said, the locality is still safe and rarely any thefts occur.

Good things here

1.5kms from Vaishali Metro station, 150 mtrs from Aarogya Hospital, Sector 6 police station is 100 mtrs away. 24 hours water supply.

Things need improvement

There is nothing to dislike about the locality. There are mostly families living in sector 6 and the RWA is active in solving society related problems in a spontaneous manner.
