Velachery is a well-developed and developing area in south Chennai that is close to the airport. There are many good markets, educational institutions, business and industrial hubs in the area that make it a popular place to buy property. The area is a bit towards the outskirts of Chennai and there is plenty of greenery and there are lots of parks and gardens. Nanganallur, Ambedkar Nagar, Madipakkam and Thiruvanmiyur. There are several developers and builders in Velachery. There are 36 ready-to-move projects and 8 still under construction. There are mostly highrise apartments and 85% of all the properties in Velachery are 2 and 3 bedroom hall kitchen apartments. some of the prestigious projects in Velachery include the Crest, Regal Palm Gardens, Salma Pine Ridge, and Sai Sarovar. Most of the apartments are within residential complexes with their own amenities such as games courts, gyms, swimming pools, walking and jogging tracks along with shopping facilities for daily needs. Many of the apartments are upmarket and cost up to Rs 6 crores. There are many good sites around Velachery that include the hidden lake and the Sea Beach.

Good things here

Velachery is a good locality that has good access to school college bank and hospital. there are major roads with very little traffic and good transport facility. it is a very good locality for tenant and a no need to worry about anything.

Things need improvement

main problem is related to climate conditions and summer can be extremely hot. during monsoon season some areas may affected by waterlogging.

Good things here

In our area each and every houses will be getting the sufficient quantity of water. best public transport facility is available here and the market is located near by. shopping malls are also located here and hospitals within the best health care facilities are available in the surroundings.

Good things here

The area boasts excellent connectivity,making it easy to access other part of the city. The shopping scene is also impressive,with malls like phoenix Marketcity providing a plethora of retail and entertainment choices.The community in here is lively and welcoming with numerous parks and recreational spaces that encourage outdoor activities. Additionaly, Velachery is home to several education institutes and healthcare facilities

Ramnagar, while have a popular neighborhood in Chennai , does have its drawbacks.One of the main issue is traffic congestion , especially during peak hours which can make community frustrating . Additionaly, the rising of cost living, housing prices can be concern for many residents. While there are shopping malls and dining options the noises and pollution from busy roads can detract the overall quality of life. Public transport, through available, can sometimes inadequate for the increasing population. Some area may suffer in consistent waste management. These challenges can be significant for residents and visitors alike

Good things here

It is a semi-independent apartment with private entrance and separate overhead tank. The house has lot of storage space. No water stagnation, even in 2015 flood. Both corporation and ground water available in abundance.

It has a lot to offer in terms of amenities, entertainment, and education. Local trains and buses connect the region with other parts of Mumbai with ease. In the area, there are a number of prestigious schools, colleges, and hospitals.It features a lot of parks and other open areas. The neighbourhood is regarded as secure and safe, and the streets are well-lit.
