Its northern and eastern borders are Teynampet, and its eastern borders are Mylapore, Mandavelli, and Abhiramapuram. It is a residential zone situated centrally in Chennai. Good things here

There aur street light present everywhere in the locality and the unlighten up from 9:30 p.m.. Cabs are easily available and accessible along with local markets and malls. Water shortage is also not faced in the locality

Good things here

Second building on street. Apartment building was built by my family and we retained one apartment. Single owner. We have been using it as an office space from the time of construction. Never been used for residential purposes. Heart of the city. On the main road. Next street to bask cafe.

Never had any complaints. Centrally located. top notch security. Only reason for selling is because we are shifting homes.

The construction quality of the society is good, there is a big parking space in the society festivals are celebrated and great maintenance.

The metro station is very far from apartment, this gives certain type of discomfort.
