Within two kilometres of the project complex are all government hospitals, a grocery, a park, a government office, and a highly hygienic restaurant. Although the population density is quite low in comparison to other cities, it also seems somewhat remote from the larger metropolis.

Whilst there aren't many open spaces inside the project, the presence of a specific playground for kids and convenient amenities for the homeowners is undoubtedly positive in my viewpoint.

It is a lovely location in the outskirts of Kochi. There are no power outages or water shortages. good hospitals close to the city. There are international schools. Excellent hospitality is offered. Excellent transit is accessible because to adjacent metro link.
