Good things here

24/7 security with cameras around, 24/7 water supply, 24/7 power backup for the entire community(not inside the house), dedicated 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler parking with ample space. Wooden works are in progress for 2 wardrobes, 1 loft, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen cupboards. You have a provision for home automation for all lights and fans. You have a bus stand at 200 mts which has a bus route directly to Gandhipuram, International Airport, etc. This property is just 8 km away from Coimbatore International Airport. The property is within walkable distance from SNS Engineering College, 1.5 km from SVB tech park, 2 km away from Saravanampatti junction, 5 km away from Prozone Mall, and numerous other schools and colleges around.

Good things here

Broad road leading to SEZ Park. Gym facility near by with grocer too. The neighbour is extremely peaceful and it also has a kindergarden school inside the same locality.

Things need improvement

There is nothing to dislike in this locality. The bus frequency is lesser compared to that of main road.

This neighbourhood has excellent public transportation. We don't have to worry about getting about. There is also no power outage. It is quite safe to move around while police are present. Finally, there is no issue with water scarcity. These appear to be here to stay.

This place is fully bounded with eco-friendly so I liked it very much and the bus services are more in this area and this is one of the main places in Coimbatore and the Ramakrishna college of pharmacy is near to my place only and there are many shops in this area which are affordable and the Coimbatore's largest mall prozone malls is near to saravanampatti

People are quite nice, I've heard. This roadway has a distinct designation because of its cleanliness. Heard that the street lamps are in excellent condition. So, roads are safe at night.
