There is nothing to dislike about the property or locality . Once the Joka - B B D Bag metro runs at full route then the prices will shoot up. For some un planned urgencies I am looking to sell this flat at this price else I would not. read more

The locality is very good and well maintained. There is no crime nowadays. Cctv cameras active and security Guard available all the time so the flat is safe for you and your family. Local markers are available nearby so you can buy all necessary things easily. Streetlight available for every lamp post. The roads are quite good and cabs and bus easily accessible. read more
