Additionally, our community enjoys excellent connectivity, facilitated by well-kept roads and proximity to a national highway, easing accessibility to essential services like schools, hospitals, and markets. The provision of designated parking spaces, adhering to established rules, contributes to orderly parking arrangements. Essential utilities including 24/7 electricity and water supply are reliably provided, enabling uninterrupted daily routines. The cooperative spirit among our neighbors fosters a supportive atmosphere, with a willingness to assist one another evident. Living in my society offers excellent convenience and comfort in terms of transportation, with various options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs easily accessible just outside. The connectivity is seamless, making commuting hassle-free. I'm pleased with the construction quality of the society, as there have been no issues of seepage or leakage. The perfect air ventilation adds to the comfort of living spaces. The presence of a garden provides a serene and green environment for residents to relax and unwind. Additionally, the availability and functionality of CCTV cameras, along with security guards, contribute to the safety and security of the society. read more

Things need improvement

Swimming pool is not available. facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are available in the society but nothing are in working condition. Metro is not available. Market areas, grocery, schools, restaurants all are very far from the society, about 10 to 12 kms far. There is lack of communication within the society, people don't want to mix. 10 times in a week the lifts remains no functional and maintenance is not done. Internal issues are resolved by residents, society does not take any responsibilities. Maintenance charges are increased twice a year which is very costly. read more

The society has convenient connectivity, with autos and cabs easily available outside. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are nearby. Road conditions are good, and street lights work well. Ample parking space is allotted to all residents. The society is well-maintained, clean, and hygienic. Garbage collection is timely, and water and electricity supply are reliable. Lifts are functional, and the construction quality is good, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. There are no stray dog issues. read more

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, there are no swimming pool or gym facilities available. The playground and park are very small. I believe the cleaning could be improved. read more
