The buildings are well-ventilated, and both electricity and water supply are reliable. Regular cleaning and garbage collection are efficiently managed. Safety is a priority, with well-maintained lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards. The friendly community celebrates festivals together, creating a warm and inclusive environment. Parking facilities are adequate, and the clubhouse is also not well-maintained asset.read more

This lack of accessible transportation creates significant inconvenience for the residents. while the proximity to schools, hospitals, and markets is beneficial, the absence of essential amenities such as a garden, play area, gym, swimming pool, and parks is a major drawback. These facilities are crucial for recreation and relaxation, and their unavailability and lack of maintenance further add to the residents discomfort. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the overall living experience in the society.read more
