Good things here

The roads and streets in this area clean and properly maintained . The auto , buses , cabs are frequently available . The schools , colleges , grocery stores , shopping malls , restaurants are nearby at walkable distance . The parks are clean and well maintained in this area . The market is just 2 km away from this area .read more

There are very few problems in this locality like no police patrolling , quality of water is also not good for drinking . There is more parking issue in this locality and the pollution level is moderate . There is more dust due to construction of road , shopping mall in this locality .read more

I am a retired bank officer, upto March 24 I was residing in this premises. Due to my own priorities I have shifted to my another accomodation of Four BHK. I have enjoyed a nice neighbourhood. In this prmises you will get a Car parking and a two wheeler parking too. A mandir and park is also at walking distance.read more

Good things here

Yes it a best market between Kidwai Nagar & Govind nagar area, having south kanpur eseaiest connectivity to NH-8 and city bus station, Railwaystation all day and night. Near is famous Bara Devi temple which is itself a positive environment for a day start.read more
