Good things here

The roads and streets in this area clean and properly maintained . The auto , buses , cabs are frequently available . The schools , colleges , grocery stores , shopping malls , restaurants are nearby at walkable distance . The parks are clean and well maintained in this area . The market is just 2 km away from this area .

Things need improvement

There are very few problems in this locality like no police patrolling , quality of water is also not good for drinking . There is more parking issue in this locality and the pollution level is moderate . There is more dust due to construction of road , shopping mall in this locality .

Good things here

I am a retired bank officer, upto March 24 I was residing in this premises. Due to my own priorities I have shifted to my another accomodation of Four BHK. I have enjoyed a nice neighbourhood. In this prmises you will get a Car parking and a two wheeler parking too. A mandir and park is also at walking distance.

Wide and spacious roads

Hospitals are accessible

Accessible local markets

Decent residents

Safe in the night

Well lit streets

Often police patrols

No crimes

Safe for children

Lot of green spaces

Low pollution

Peaceful and not crowded

In this locality there are several new projects are in construction stage, but they shall not disturb you,

Good things here

Yes it a best market between Kidwai Nagar & Govind nagar area, having south kanpur eseaiest connectivity to NH-8 and city bus station, Railwaystation all day and night. Near is famous Bara Devi temple which is itself a positive environment for a day start.

Good things here

very great experience to live here, i personally prefer to stay here my family is Fully satisfied of living here and this place is fully safe for people in night as well and there is no power cut issues at all over all a very good location to live in.
