This Smart building works just like you. We made sure the building physics is in cooperated to reduce the cooling load of the building, in simple words this building is energy efficient. We all are convinced at times that any benefit today come only with a price or sometimes compromises. Here our designers proved it wrong. No square inch in the entire house is wasted. For aesthetics, the making process can be rather called a metamorphosis, like for a butterfly. We enjoyed the process and saw the details giving life.
