Good things here

Desirable access to schools and institutions and a desirable residential position inside the city borders. There are numerous supermarkets, eateries, and a hospital near the Vadavalli bus stop. Would suggest this area for both investing and living.read more

Things need improvement

The core business district and other commercial areas are somewhat far from Vadavalli, which is situated on the outskirts of Coimbatore. There aren't many places to go for amusement in this region, nor is the nightlife particularly active. Due to the fact that it is a residential region, there could not be many job prospects there. In Vadavalli, traffic congestion may occur during rush hours or other busy times.read more

The house is right behind Chinmaya Vidhyala school on Thondamuthur Road, This house can be accessed from Marudhamalai Road as well. There is no water clogging or logging during monsoon season, The roads are good sized and drains quickly. Marudhamalai temple is about 3 kms from this place. There is still a lot of greenery left, on one side the Chinmaya School and another side is the private farm and lots of green spaces near by including the Marudhamali Hill. There are plenty of super markets, restaurants and home delivery places, Swiggy or Zomato delivers here with no issues. There is a strong residents association that takes care of important aspects of living. The neighbours are friendly and largely keep to themselves. There are plenty of great schools near by, including Chinmaya that is walking distance (5 Mts), PSBB about 3kms, Chavara, Chid Vikas and many other schools. Also Anna University and Bharathiar University are within 2kms distance. There is good public transport facilities as well. The major bus terminus at Vadavalli is 1.5kms and the nearest bustard is 700 Mts from the house on the main road. There are plenty of Auto rickshaws and also Red Taxis.read more

This apartment is located on the main Thondamuture Road, Vadavalli, with great viewing of Marudhamalia and coconut tress. In fact the Gopuram of the temple can been seen from two rooms. There is a supermarket nearest to this complex.read more

Nothing to dislike. All residents are very nice and very cooperative. All of them are very educated. One would never regret to have a flat in such a nice and wonderful place. I don't see any type of disturbance. Really good apartment.read more
