The buildings are well-constructed with good ventilation and no seepage issues. Modern amenities like a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. Connectivity is excellent with accessible public transport options. Nearby schools and markets are convenient, and there's designated parking. Electricity is reliable, neighbors are friendly and cooperative, and security measures including CCTV and guards are in place. Garbage collection is regular. read more

Good things here

I'm pleased to say that garbage collection is done on a daily basis, and it's always up to date. It's reassuring to know that our environment is kept clean and tidy. One of the great advantages here is that we rarely experience power cuts. And if by chance there's an issue, it's promptly addressed and fixed, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. Having a nearby market area that's amazing is such a convenience also all public transports are easily accessible. It's wonderful to have access to shops and amenities just a short distance away. I appreciate how proactive the maintenance team is. They respond promptly to any concerns or issues, ensuring that everything is well taken care of in our society. read more

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the performance of the security guards over time. Initially, they were good, but now there's no approval request process at the main gate for anyone entering the society, which is concerning for our safety. Additionally, the infrastructure of the society is showing signs of wear and tear, with cracks in the walls and a significant amount of seepage and leakage issues. It's something that needs to be addressed to maintain the integrity and appearance of our living spaces. Another disappointment is the absence of amenities like a swimming pool and gym area. While they may not have been promised, they're often considered basic facilities in modern societies, and their absence is felt by the residents. read more
