Good things here

24 hours uninterrrupted power supply. No water shortage as the house is equipped with government water supply, nearly 15000 litres of water storage in overhead tank and underground reservoir plus covered borewell inside the property premises. Metro Station and Railway Station within 500 metres. Buses and radio cabs available for all directions. Ferry services at 800 metres. Airport takes 15 minutes via Belghoria Expressway. No water clogging during monsoon, as property is near to the Ganges. Tarred and concrete roads all over the locality and by lanes. 5 malls within 1 to 1.5 km radius. Local Vegetables and Grocery markets at 100 metres from the property. Least polluted area, with high density tree cover. All major roads are 300-400 metres away, so pollution is at its lowest. Streetlights are all well-maintained, well-lit, security is at the highest as Police Station is 50 metres away from the property.read more

Due to the presence of two world renowned temples in very near proximity to the property, during special religious events or festive days, there is a possibility of traffic being on the heavier side and nearby roads can get a little congested.read more
