There is no water shortage as compared to other localities and there are less power cuts as compared to other localities.
Nothing is here to dislike but I want to learn to swim and I am missing a swimming pool due to which I have to go out for practice

This society is best society in Kolkata. The schools, hospitals, shopping malls, Atms locals market are so accessible from this locality.The area is surrounded with too many parks. We haven't faced any water shortage in this area.
This society is best society in Kolkata according to me all necessary facilities are available of daily needs. There are very low power cuts also. So there is nothing bad.

I love this place because of the safety and no as such electric cutoffs, no water logging, great place to live.
not much really. the only thing I dislike about the place is the afternoon crowd and the sound which sometimes becomes annoying.

Place was good,neat and tidy. Locality and surrounding was also good. Water was 24/7 available. Electric Connection no problem -24/7 electricity
No Big Branded Food stores nearby,Local market very crowded and dirty. Municipality needs to take care of it and correct it

School and college is available in this locality which is helpful for the students and childrens for their study.
The dislike thing about this locality which is that there is no medical store is available in this locality which is the bad thing about this locality. You can not buy your medicine. The second dislike thing about this locality which is that there is cleaning in this locality. The locality is not maintained and cleaned. There is no cleaning and maintaining in this locality.

it's a phenomenal place. I just love it. I visited there . less pollution , peaceful atmosphere, easy to local market etc

It's just 1KM away from Newtown DLF1 and 1.5KM from Newtown Bus Stand where a metro station is being built up.
Local people might not offer a great help as it is the case mostly near Newtown area, People server to themselves only,

This place is so quite.It is very close to local market.There is also some nearby malls and hospital.Water supply and cleanliness is so well.Other most important thing is transportation , which is really good.There is nearby bus stand and also not too far from metro station.
There is nothing like serious concern but one thing I can say is that sometimes small size public vehicles are unavailable.

this society is best in this area. I have lived here before. You have the access to school. mall shopping market nearby. You can have full safety in night. Guards are available 24*7. Electricity and Water is available 24 hours.
Cleanliness is not good here. some time lots of garbage are gather here and there. And this is in very traffic area

It's a really good place. I stay there for long a long time. school and hospital ar hereby. Roads are clean and no trafic jam at all. Also there are no electricity cut problem and water problem. You definitely love this place.
There are no disappointment at all. You don't have any reason to dislike this place. So I don't have a word to sat about dislike.

Very much good and spacious area for accommodation. Auto and cabs are easily available. No water logging during rainy season. Low traffic jam in the street. Also good school and great resident reside . Safe at night ,well litted street and safe for children also. Adequate amount of water supply and great cleanliness in the road.
The main problem in this area is frequently electricity cut throughout the season and the bill is high as compared to other areas. Also the area is overcrowded. pollution is also high in this region. No police patrolling during night, which is not so good for the citizens.

bus, taxi facility available in this area.Local market is nearby. Electricity and water supply remains available for most of the day.Electricity charges are normal. Many government schools are available nearby.
Road is not constructed properly and cleanliness is also not done properly. During rains this place gets filled with water and electricity supply is cut off.

This society is a convenient, with easy access to shopping centres, schools, malls and hospitals. The people in this society are so humble and respectful. There is full safety in the society. This society is well cleaned and hygnic. Roads are well maintained and water comes daily by time.

I feel completely safe walking around the town where I live at night. I live in a small town where crime is low or non-existent, the only thing to worry about is the drunks, dope heads or dead beats but they are no threat as they are easily ignored and don't cause any problems.
I don't dislike this place because I was not find anything wrong about this place also this flat. Otherwise I obviously tell you

Yeah I have felt safe for myself and my family being living here,there is auto cabs,wide and spacious roads,and good public transports available,and lot of green spaces,safe for children and it has many adequate features,It is a must try for whom who is looking around for a house in this area.Thank you.
There are some powercuts in here which should be reduced for enhancing our lifestyle and there should be some mallscconstructed for good experience.

no any crime happened here, easily accessible to be school, malls, restaurants and market etc. transportation cab is easily available in day time. 24/7 water and electricity supply available. security guard and cctv surveillance security. neat and clean environment. parks for children , lots of parking areas. decent people living here.
everything is best and beautiful but in night time i face sometimes transportation issues needs improvements but otherwise everything is awesome.

There are no regular cuts. Very rarely there is power cut and the electricity charges are also normal as on other place . I love this place.
All is ok but the price for this must be something low so that everyone can afford this at Better price but it is safe and secure.

New town is posh planned smart city located in the state of west bengal in India. Being one of the satellite cities of state capital kolkata to the east, it is a part of the kolkata metropolitan city.
I like the availability of of basic necessities around us, like we have airport, local market, movie theatre, malls within 5kms. Also the place is quite nice. its a friendly environment.

Yes You can find all important schools, hospital, malls in the locality. Often police patrol, cctv cameras in the flat available in the locality. So the locality is secure for your family. Transport/cabs are easily available in the locality so schools,malls, restaurant are easily accessible.
I nothing dislike about the place but The area is quite crowded. But It is not a huge problem. It can be maintainable.

newtown is very developed area. most of the offices and it hubs are here. good restaurants and hotels are here. less crowd

To be honest, this is the best locality I have seen till now. It contains about all the facilities such as transportation or cab facility. There is no power cut in the area and the quality of roads are even better.

it's the IT hub of Kolkata. most of the big companies are here. malls, offices are here. well lit area. cabs are always available
public transport is a misery here. very crowded as most of the office comers use it. most buildings are commercial so less residential building. electricity bills are sometimes high. otherwise okay area.
