The flat is near the 6 No Bus Stand and has access to two metros, Gitanjali and Kavi Nazrul. Similarly, it has access to two government bus stands including 6 No and 5 No. Gaira main road is within 7 minutes of walking. It has easy access to local markets and hospitals as well.

The rent of the house here is low which is a good thing.There is no problem of electricity and water.Medical facilities are available nearby.Good schools and restaurants are nearby.Transportation and taxis are always available from here and it's easy to book.Electricity charges are low compared to other places.

Pollution less, Good Transport , Street light good, No Crime history in recent past, earlier not known. Yes safe. Roads newly constructed, ofcource not very wide. sufficient for two cars , no clogging in our flat. separate covered garage.

its a roadside apartment 1000 m from EM bypass.all the needs are accessable easily.And my flat is a fully 100% fulfurnished flat.Having A-z appliance,modular kitchen.my apartment is just beside Dishari club.100 mt from sahid khudiram metro and garia station road.just have a vist ,you ll definitely like it.

very nice place.nice colony all peoples are good there .in midnight this place is very safe , I recently booked at I am very satisfied to live this place . very clean and well place I give it 10 on 10 for my opinion

All kinds of amenities are readily available for residents. This area has best colleges, schools, and other institutions nearby along with hospitals, markets, and also good public transportation and hospitals too. Electricity is good and it is one of the best residential colonies in Kolkata. The only thing is traffic jam during peak hours.

Garia is highly populated with a fair share of markets and other facilities. Connectivity is very good here and also the metro railway is a big lifeline for residents. From Garia station, it does not take a lot of time to reach proper Kolkata. Waterlogging is the only issue along with pollution. Otherwise, there are many good schools and hospitals nearby.

Some air pollution is witnessed due to huge traffic, but connectivity wise it is excellent. There is the metro, bus and all other transport facilities for residents along with other amenities also. I will rate it highly overall.

Garia is one such location where there is a hospital within few seconds of walking. The metro railway is within only 1 km here. You will find auto and taxi stands easily with bus stands and markets. The only thing is power cuts sometimes at night. More cleanliness required for footpaths which are encroached by vendors.

Garia is a popular locality and the metro and railway stations make it a good option for commuting. Multiple properties are present here at various price ranges. Yes, there are no negatives that I can think of. I have lived here for two years and I will not say anything bad about the locality.

The best part of buying property in Garia is the affordable rate of Rs 4500 to Rs 5500 per sq. ft and sill get good residential accomodation which is very livable. Most of the complexes have great amenities. The neighbourhood is also good.

Garia is now a main part of metro Kolkata and still offers cheaper residential accommodation. There is good metro connectivty and local suburban railway network is also available. There are good amenities and further development is on. Livability in the area is very good.
