I left the society 1 year back. LIG patna he used to stay, there is no metro since he was staying patna. It was not society type. It was quarter and very old.
Things need improvement
Absence of modern amenities such as CCTV and elevator.Presence of seepage issues, varying in severity from house to house.

Public transport like Auto's, Buses and Cabs were easy to find and travel. Market area for daily essentails were easily nearby the society. Market area and connectivity is the best thing i like about this society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance and cleanliness were poorly managed in the residential complex. Due to the presence of bachelor students who frequently engaged in disputes, the environment became unpleasant. Additionally, the construction quality was subpar, evident from issues such as seepage and leakage. Furthermore, the absence of a gym within the society was noted.

Connectivity theek hai society ka , public transport available hai. Market hai society mein, swiggy zomato delivery aajata hai. Power cut ka koi issue nahi hai. Loga acche rehte hain, people are friendly hain.

Maintenance bilkul bhi acha nahi hai. Gutter ka issue hai, sewer ke saare dhakkan sab hatey hue hain , kuch hadsa ho sakta hai. Supervisor Dheeraj ji kuch nahi karte hain. Paani bohot ganda aata hai yaha. Koi sunwaai nahi hai yaha pe society mein. Society hain hi kaha ye, gaon bana hua hai yeh toh. Road kharab hain so waterlogging ka issue bhi hota. No amenities like swimming pool , gym in society. Road nahi banwate, roads not proper here. Construction quality bekar hogaya hai ab kyuki purani hai society.

Connectivity was high in terms of transportation, roads were mantained. Construction quality was also mantained. Parking space was available.

No elevator. Problem of termite was faced along with the seepage issue. People were not friendly, they used to stay in their own shell.

The society has Drainage issue, during monsoon it becomes really dirty and water logging happens in the area. There is an issue regarding the parking area, it is very small and the area is also very conjested.

Moreover, there are no festivals or cultural events organized in this area. This situation is indicative of the lack of maintenance and community engagement.

There are some drainage and water logging issues which are seen outside the society. This society is very old, so there are some kinds of seapage and leakage issues that happens but it's rare. Mostly during rainy season the seapage issues arrise Other facilities like gym, club house, seimming pool are not available, this is a LIG society (low income group) so these facilities are not available in this society

Transportation connectivity is excellent, present on prime location, highway NH-7 is near the society. Maintenance is good with good water supply and no water logging issues. The construction quality is satisfactory, and the infrastructure is made of good quality. Plaster fittings are perfect. All the branded materials are used. Amenities like gym, clubhouse. McDonald's, KFC and petrol pump are nearby. There are many parks. People are quite friendly and cooperative. Celebrates all occasions together. The market is across the road.

There are nearby super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The maintainance is done in the society, the society is kept clean and hygine is maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. All facilities and amenities like open gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The social is is amazing, People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society. The society is very peaceful for living.

The connectivity is an issue around the society, Public transports are not available easily around the society, for easy travel you need to have your own car. There are limited market areas nearby the society. Lifts are not available. The construction quality of the buildings are not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen a lot. There is no proper gym in the society.

There are malls, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges around the Samiti. There are also auto cabs available nearby, as well as an airport and a railway station, so connectivity is not an issue. The water supply inside the Samiti is excellent. There are open spaces in the Samiti where people can walk around freely. The government takes care of maintenance on behalf of the residents.
Things need improvement
There's no metro system nearby, and inside the society, there are no amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, or parking area. People with personal cars have to park them in front of their houses or inside the society. The walls often have plaster falling off, which is a big problem. Also, there's no security system in the society—no security guards or CCTV cameras. Residents celebrate their own festivals, and there's no maintenance team to take care of things.

Transportation here is excellent. There's a railway station within 1.5 kilometers and a hospital within 3 kilometers. Autos are available anytime, even late at night, so you won't have any trouble getting around. You can find everything you need easily, including Android devices. The roads have proper street lights installed. Inside the society, the construction quality is very good, and there's a proper garbage collection process. Any problems are resolved quickly.
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have any amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, playground, or parking area, although parking and lifts should be there. There are no CCTV cameras, and there's no maintenance team since it's a government flat.

This society is best society in Kolkata. The schools, hospitals, shopping malls, Atms locals market are so accessible from this locality.The area is surrounded with too many parks. We haven't faced any water shortage in this area.

This society is best society in Kolkata according to me all necessary facilities are available of daily needs. There are very low power cuts also. So there is nothing bad.

Very much good and spacious area for accommodation. Auto and cabs are easily available. No water logging during rainy season. Low traffic jam in the street. Also good school and great resident reside . Safe at night ,well litted street and safe for children also. Adequate amount of water supply and great cleanliness in the road.

The main problem in this area is frequently electricity cut throughout the season and the bill is high as compared to other areas. Also the area is overcrowded. pollution is also high in this region. No police patrolling during night, which is not so good for the citizens.

The locality of this place is very well maintained and there is cleanliness here, there is a pass nearby for children to go to school and there are several small restaurants too.
Things need improvement
There are very few taxis available here at night and there is traffic jam in the evening due to which there is a lot of noise here.

To be honest, this is the best locality I have seen till now. It contains about all the facilities such as transportation or cab facility. There is no power cut in the area and the quality of roads are even better.
Things need improvement
Nothing to complain about this locality as this is the best and that is why I am living here since 2010

Very safe snd tranquil place. Greenary is beautiful and soothing. Ideal for retired as well as working professionals.

Public transport should have been available from early morning to late night. Metro connectivity must be xompleted early.

Easily accessible transportations, Roads are well maintained. Also Gets Lots of markets For shopping. daily life essential things are easily available at A Nominal price.And foodies Are also disappointed coz fast food corners, Restaurant & cakes shops are too much in the place. And technical people Are don't worry electronic shops are also available
Things need improvement
Nothing dislike about this place, but sometimes traffic gives trouble. other that everything was proper fir saying peacefully

it's the IT hub of Kolkata. most of the big companies are here. malls, offices are here. well lit area. cabs are always available
Things need improvement
public transport is a misery here. very crowded as most of the office comers use it. most buildings are commercial so less residential building. electricity bills are sometimes high. otherwise okay area.
