I have a new house and one that I am also satisfied with. You see, I have always loved living in a historic building and there is so much to remember in this city. It is the cream where you find all the major streets, shopping, food and entertainment centres, offices and everything else.

The build quality and interior are fantastic as that is a word I can use here. Everything from wide roads and security levels to mobile tower networks and social infrastructure is top class in this area. The neighborhood is ultra-posh and safe with the best facilities in the form of restaurants, malls, supermarkets, salons, and hospitals with some good schools. I am waiting to get possession.

It has well connectivity. And has improved connection. But sometimes we face traffic issues. Many popular hospitals and schools are at a stone's throw distance from my place. That is quite advantageous for us. It is near from Mall and other essential markets as well.

We have selected a flat for living. I have visited the site and I liked the construction they did till date. The designs of the building are so unique as well. Rooms are beautifully coloured and floors are set with lovely patterns of tiles. I can say they never compromise with the designs of every apartment as well. Apart from that, the water supply and sewage and drainage system is okay however there are some pitholes due to the construction which might create a problem when we move in. But this place has a good internet connection. I hope when the work is done they will take care of these problems

It is one of the best suggestions for the someone who are looking for a luxurious life at very affordable prices. The developers of this project have provided with mixture of conventional and contemporary art and design in the infrastructure of skyscrapers and the whole campus with lots of major amenities. The compartments of flats have sufficient spaces and aired. They provide us with the fastest elevator services and have fire extinguisher in each of the lifts. The best thing I liked is the locality is so secure and the security level is best for the households here. I am waiting for the construction to be over soon.
