It is conveniently located near the koyambedu vegetable market, fish market, Apollo Hospital, Srivaru Kalyana Mandapam, Hyundai, and other engineering institutions. The roads are well-connected, and everything is close by; for example, you can walk to the nearest mall in a matter of minutes. Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other facilities are close by, and practically all forms of taxis, such as Ola and Uber, arrive on time because there are no traffic or connectivity issues. The connectivity is excellent since it takes only a few minutes to access public transportation or a taxi at your doorway. There is plenty of parking for homeowners and guests.read more

Bharathi BrikHouse is an excellent choice for purchasers since it combines beauty with closeness to various prominent gated communities, schools, and commercial centers. Although the building is of great quality and requires little maintenance, the roadways are well maintained and kept clean. The running track and beautiful green park make you feel light and fresh. You will feel safer if you have CCTV cameras installed by security pros. Because public transportation is easily accessible and there is minimal traffic congestion outside, cabs come on time.read more
