Good things here

I would say that the connectivity is fine, like ola/uber/few autos are available here, but not the buses. For buses you need to got to the main road. Everything inside the apartments is fine, the cleanliness, the maintenance of lifts and all is great. the neighbors are friendly. I am not a localite, I am basically from Mumbai, so I face language barrier issues here. Every time I have to address anything to even the security guard or the one's for mopping and cleaning I have to be dependent on my husband or someone who knows the language. read more

Good things here

Transportation was good, with autos and cabs available. During COVID-19, there was no traffic. Parking was covered on the ground floor. The flat was well-ventilated with no seepage. Amenities like a swimming pool were available. The people were friendly and understanding. Elevators worked well, and there were no water or electricity shortages while I was there. read more

Things need improvement

Due to COVID-19, I couldn�t use any amenities. Even though the swimming pool was there, I didn't get a chance to enjoy it. The pandemic restricted interactions and activities, making the stay less enjoyable. The overall experience was limited because of the restrictions in place during that time. read more

The society has excellent connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs and public transport. The neighbourhood is friendly and celebrates festivals together. The construction is solid with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. Maintenance is top-notch with clean lifts, frequent cleaning and garbage collection. There are great amenities including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks. read more
