Liviabiity - we are fine even if the sector is semi-developed.
connectivity - we don't rely on public transport ( so away from metro/taxi stand etc will do )
Basement - is must ( we need it for our ART collection studio )
Does anyone know the realistic rates in these sectors ? rates quoted by dealers seems very high ( in the range of 2.5-3 lakhs per sqmtr for a built up kothi sized 5500-9000 sqft ).
